Eqra works in energy and sustainability consulting, where she assists corporate clients in developing their sustainability, energy management, and climate change strategies. She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Central European University, Hungary. She has over six years of experience and has worked with major corporations and non-governmental organizations in India, Bangladesh, and Hong Kong.

Modabbara works as a public health consultant at CARE India, a global public health NGO. She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health from Asian University for Women, Bangladesh and attended an exchange semester at Ewha Womans University, South Korea. She has worked on public health issues with organizations in India, Bangladesh, and South Korea and is passionate about improving rural public health infrastructure.
